王志宝，男，博士，副教授，英国谢菲尔德大学大学访问学者。2013年博士毕业于中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所，2015-2017期间两次获得资助在英国谢菲尔德大学大学进行学术访问，第二次为英方资助。主持或参与国家重点研发计划子课题、欧盟地平线2020、国家863计划、国家油气重大专项等国家项目8项，主持数字油田、智慧城市、智慧环保等社会资助课题20余项，相关成果在中石油、中海油、中石化、国家林业局等大型企事业单位得以应用，数据系统建设成果支持我国杭州亚运会、上海进博会等国家重大活动空气质量保障工作。目前正在从事遥感大数据、能源大数据、智能GIS方向研究。出版行业标准1部，发表论文30余篇，获得国家专利5项，获得省级以上奖励2项。

目前主要开展以下科学技术主题研究：

(1) 时空大数据组织与能源大数据治理；

(2) 遥感大数据智能分析与能源基础设施空天监测；

(3) 领域大数据系统构建与AI大模型应用；

课题组与中科院空天信息创新研究院遥感科学国家重点实验室建立了稳定的学术合作关系，配备PB级大数据存储能力和小型GPU高性能计算环境，能源领域、卫星遥感应用研究数据集丰富，挑战性技术研发课题充足，可以在应用研究、技术创新和系统研发三个层次开展工作。长期欢迎计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术、人工智能、地理信息系统、遥感科学与技术等相关专业学生、青年教师参与团队开展合作研究。
